From October 23rd to November 9th we’re going FULL STEAM AHEAD!
It’s nearly the end of Real Good AI’s first year and we are, for the first time, asking for your support.
RGAI has been exceptionally lucky as a nonprofit thanks to a generous endowment from our friend and board vice president, Mark “Markiplier” Fischbach, but there is so much more we want to do. In a race against time and mega corporations, Real Good AI is committed to remaining community focused and funded, ethical, and open source.
We have big plans for the future and we’ve already started thanks to your donations! Things like our Coloring Book Pages Gallery, Sweet Start-up Workshop, Livestream Interviews, Short Form Content, Nonprofit Revenue Prediction Tool, and so much more! We have the unique opportunity to be a crowdfunded research organization where your money allows us to do the things and science that really matters.
Full STEAM Ahead is a campaign to celebrate both our accomplishments and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics). In an era when all of these programs are being de-funded at an alarming rate, we want to do what we can to bring the attention they need.
Real Good AI was created by scientists and content creators who understand the real impact the arts have in getting people excited and hopeful for the future. Scientists and content creators who are artists themselves.
Which is why we’re reaching out to our fellow content creators, influencers, and livestreamers to be conductors on this journey for Full STEAM Ahead. We know a lot of you either have similar backgrounds, or are just interested in making sure the future of AI is ethical and fair.
Our focus on online fundraising avenues is no accident. As an organization, we take a work-first approach, which means focusing our energy on projects rather than traditional funding models that don’t align with our ideals. Thanks to robust fundraising campaign management platforms like Streamlabs Charity, operating at no cost to nonprofits, we can run a global fundraising event without spending a single cent. That means everything raised goes right back into the mission. By keeping the bulk of our fundraising online, we can use in-person events like Galas and Workshops to celebrate STEAM and make them accessible to overlooked communities without pressure to turn them into high-priced fundraisers.
